Video Editor (Long form)

About the Role

As our Long-Form Video Editor, you will take the footage from our shoots and edit it into finished videos. Our team handles the planning, direction, and overall creative concept. Your job is to bring that material together into polished, engaging videos that hold the viewer's attention from start to finish and reflect the quality our brand is known for.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube and other channels, including full-length features and shorter cuts made from the same footage.
• Structure each video so it stays engaging throughout, with strong pacing and a clear beginning that draws viewers in.
• Follow our existing brand guidelines and colour grade to keep every video consistent with our style.
• Work closely with our direction and production team, taking their brief and turning it into a finished edit.
• Manage your projects and files in an organised way and deliver work on time.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience editing video, ideally including long-form content.
• Strong skills in the professional editing software Davinci Resolve.
• A good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what keeps viewers watching a video.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to producing clean, high-quality work.
• The ability to work to a brief while bringing your own care and judgement to the edit.
