Overview

We here at BOQ Group are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Analyst (health) to join our Commercial Banking team in Brisbane. The Analyst will support the Relationship Executive (Health) by preparing credit submissions for new and existing customers, completing periodic credit reviews, and liaising with internal and external professional service providers to ensure prompt and accurate documentation and settlements. The role requires a high standard of customer service to generate new business, ensure customer retention, and perform administrative, reporting and regulatory tasks as directed by the Relationship Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Relationship Executive by preparing credit submissions for new and existing customers.
  • Complete periodic credit reviews.
  • Liaise with internal and external professional service providers to ensure all documentation and settlements are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to generate new business and ensure customer retention.
  • Perform administrative, reporting and regulatory tasks as directed by the Relationship Executive.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in financial analysis.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • Proficiency in analysing financial statements, assessing credit risk and providing insightful recommendations to support client business growth.
