Overview

Unlock potential with Fujitsu—fuelling innovation! Leads the delivery of consulting engagements by managing workstreams and multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, outcome‑focused results. Translates ambiguity into clear plans, roles, and deliverables, ensuring strong cadence, quality control, and client confidence.

Balances hands‑on delivery with coaching and development of team members. The role holder drives consistent delivery standards, manages workstreams, and contributes to commercial outcomes and early‑stage business development.

Responsibilities

  • Senior Manager
    • Leads transformation programs and complex consulting engagements, aligning strategy with business goals and translating complex challenges into measurable business value.
    • Leads workstreams or multiple integrated workstreams, making judgement calls on scope, quality, pace, and stakeholder alignment, creating confidence through strong delivery control.
    • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drives account growth through identification of new opportunities within engagements.
    • Supports proposal development, solution design, and engagement strategy.
    • Supports practice strategy and consulting offer development.
    • Leads teams, mentors junior staff, and builds capability within the practice.
  • Manager
    • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of small‑to‑mid‑size engagements, integrating multiple workstreams to drive cohesive outcomes.
    • Manage stakeholders and hold accountability for scope, quality, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes, acting as the primary day‑to‑day client lead for expectations, risks, and escalations.
    • Translate strategic direction into clear, executable delivery plans and structured engagement approaches.
    • Support proposals while increasingly owning sections and contributing to solution shaping.
    • Identify and progress expansion opportunities within engagements.
    • Drive standardisation and scaling through development of reusable assets, delivery methodologies, and team capability uplift.
    • Apply structured delivery frameworks and commercial thinking, bridging technical and business decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Australian citizen with, or eligibility to obtain, Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience in consulting delivery, managing workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and coach teams, and to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
