We serve a wide range of clients — from supermarkets, specialty stores, and pharmacies to department stores and fashion brands — across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and now Argentina. - Flexifleet: A freelance marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.
- Consumer Connect: AI-powered conversational commerce via WhatsApp to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

What you will do
Design, prototype, build, deploy, iterate, and scale high-impact products, from idea to proven business value.
Build & Ship Product
- Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend and backend.
- We expect you to ship fast with quality, you will have high-standard foundations and guardrails to do it.
Drive Product Decisions
- Translate product ideas into shipped experiences
Create Leverage Through Systems
- Build reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that make the team faster over time, not just one-off solutions.
Build AI-first
- Use Claude and Cursor to accelerate development, debug faster, and explore better solutions.
Iterate & Improve
- Gather early feedback, and continuously improve what you build.
Influence & Drive Adoption
- Build buy-in for your solutions across the organization: selling ideas internally and partnering with teams from leadership to operations so the change actually sticks.
The skills and experience you bring
- Strong product sense and modern product discovery practices
- Hands-on experience building with agentic AI systems.
- A proven track record of building and shipping products end to end, from concept to production and real users, not just maintaining or extending existing systems.
- Communication and influence across all levels of the organization, from C-level to junior operators, including the ability to sell ideas and drive internal adoption.
- Proactive mindset with strong autonomy and initiative, you identify issues and don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and limited processes.
- Studies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)
- Scope: Full-stack across backend, web, and mobile
- Frontend / Mobile: React, Next.js, React Native
- AI: LangGraph, ADK, multi-agent frameworks
- Experience with Elixir (or similar like Scala, Rust) to occasionally modify our legacy system
