I am associated with Satyam Venture Engineering Services and am looking for experienced professionals / Domain Experts from CAE in Automotive segment with skillset like yours to add value to our Offshore & Offsite teams at Chennai.

Domain : Have good knowledge Closures systems and its functional requirements. Have good knowledge in Abaqus, Nastran, LSDyna, NCode, Ansa, Altair Hyper works tools.

CAE Exhaust Analyst

CAE Powertrain NVH Analyst (Maxwell)

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Skill Set : Hands on Experience in solver ANSYS Mechanical/ Maxwell - workbench, Altair Hyperworks, Matlab or Python.

Domain : Electric Drive NVH analyst / structure borne Noise/Airborne Noise and optimization experience.

• Candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge in core Engine exhaust domain and hands on linear and nonlinear static (linear and nonlinear), dynamic (modal, steady-state & Transient), fatigue calculations, Heat transfer analysis.
• Should have at least 8 plus years of Exhaust CAE Durability core Simulation experience.
• Well versed with FEA tools like Hypermesh/ANSA, Abaqus, n-Code, FEMFAT, Nastran etc.
• Skilled in optimization tools like ModeFrontier/Hyperstudy/HEEDS/Optistuct etc.
• Should have contributed to CAE Method developments by presenting/publishing technical paper in various forums.

CAE Modeler -Safety

CAE Sr.Modeler - NVH

• Qualification :B.E. /B. Tech or ME /M. Tech (Mechanical, Aero, Automobile)

• Skill Set : Expert in Hypermesh Ansa
• Domain : Should have good knowledge in Hypermesh. Good Knowledge in Nastran /Optistruct with automotive domain

Job Description:

• Should have experience in building Automotive assembly (Trim body / Powertrain)
• Experience in modeling (2D & 3D) and connections is a must
• Having experience in building system models (BIP/Closures/IP Console/Seating/Engine/Exhaust/Driveline/Transmission) is essential
• Perform modal analysis using Nastran/Optistruct (Sol103,Sol111)
• Able to debug the model and generate runnable models.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

CDF Modeler

Job ID : 357001 & 394002

Experience : 1- 2 Years

Skill Set : Ansa

Domain : Aero, Climate Control, under hood, Thermal (Automobile)

• This position will be primarily focused in building models for different Cabin studies for Cabin and Human Comfort
• Hands-on ANSA exposure is MANDATORY to execute all the model build activities
