About the Role

We are looking for a qualified CMA with 4–8 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance and Product Costing to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product costing, budgeting, cost control, profitability analysis, cost audits, and SAP, preferably in the Automotive/Auto Component Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing for existing and new products.
• Review, validate, and finalise supplier cost cards to ensure cost accuracy and competitiveness.
• Perform monthly Raw Material Consumption (RMC) estimate vs. actual analysis and identify key cost variances.
• Calculate and analyse Labour Hour Rate (LHR), Machine Hour Rate (MHR), and Activity Hour Rate (AHR).
• Independently manage Cost Audit activities and ensure statutory compliance.
• Track Budgeted and Unbudgeted Price Increase (PI) proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare Annual Sales Budget, Raw Material Consumption Budget, and Long-Term Planning (LTP).
• Conduct product-wise, customer-wise, and business unit profitability analysis.
• Generate MIS reports, variance analysis, and recommend cost optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Marketing, and Finance teams to support strategic business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and financial performance.

Required Qualifications

• CMA Qualified (Mandatory)
• 4–8 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance/Costing.
• Strong experience in Product Costing, Budgeting, Cost Control, Cost Audit, and Profitability Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (CO/MM/FI preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
