Production Engineer

The Production Sr Engineer (Sheet Metal) will be responsible for Manpower Handling, executing, and monitoring daily production activities, ensuring timely completion of projects, maintaining quality standards, and managing shop-floor manpower and resources.

About the Role

Execute production plan as per project schedule. Strong knowledge of machine assembly & manufacturing processes. Ensure timely assembly of machines and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work as per priority and skill level.
• Monitor daily production targets and report progress.
• Maintain discipline and productivity on shop floor.
• Good leadership and team management skills along with Good problem-solving capability.
• Ensure assembly is done as per released drawings and BOM.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during assembly.
• Monitor shortages and escalate proactively.
• Support installation and internal machine trials.
• Maintain 5S standards on shop floor.
• Coordinate with Application & Design teams for modifications.
• Monitor machine tools and equipment condition.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Qualifications

Years of Experience - 6 to 11 Years

Industry Type - Sheet Metal Industry

Required Skills
