Senior Mortgage Sales Advisor

Job DescriptionOur client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals while working in a fully remote environment. You'll manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to drawdown, providing expert guidance, outstanding customer service, and a seamless experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion. Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and excellent customer service.

Support customers by phone, email, and video throughout the mortgage process. Keep clients informed, ensuring applications progress efficiently. Work closely with lenders and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Generate new business through your own network while managing company-generated leads. Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Skills & Experience Previous experience managing mortgage applications from start to finish. APA (Mortgages) qualification is essential. QFA or Professional Banker qualification is an advantage.

Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to convert enquiries into completed mortgage applications.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively. About You A self-starter who is motivated, driven, and takes initiative.
