Job Description

  • Location: London or Nottingham – hybrid working
  • Start date: To be confirmed
  • Programme length: Two years
  • Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates currently studying in the UK or with unrestricted full-time UK working rights through another visa route

  • In the final year of your degree; or
  • A graduate who completed their undergraduate, Master’s or PhD studies within the previous 12 months

As a Strategy Analyst Graduate, you’ll take responsibility for meaningful analytical work early in your career. You’ll investigate complex business challenges, identify opportunities and turn your findings into recommendations that improve products, services and customer experiences.

Your work could include:

  • Analysing customer, commercial and market data
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Developing strategies to attract and support customers
  • Helping the business make responsible commercial and risk decisions
  • Improving customer engagement, fraud prevention and financial support
  • Evaluating the potential value and risk of new ideas
  • Presenting recommendations to colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • Rotating across different Strategy teams and business areas
  • Developing your coding, analytical and data-handling capabilities

You could work across areas including product strategy, marketing, valuations, customer engagement, fraud, risk and financial support.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need a finance or business degree, and there is no minimum grade requirement. We’re interested in your potential and your ability to:

  • Use data and logical reasoning to solve problems
  • Work confidently with numbers
  • Consider different perspectives before making decisions
  • Explain complex ideas clearly
  • Contribute within a collaborative team
  • Learn quickly and take ownership of your development

This role is particularly relevant to students from mathematics, engineering, science, technology, economics, psychology and other analytical backgrounds, but applications are welcomed from every degree discipline.
