About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end residential and commercial projects. This is a full‑time, permanent role overseeing site operations from early structural works through to final finishes. You’ll take ownership of safety, quality, program and people—coordinating trades, managing sequencing, leading site teams, and ensuring exceptional build outcomes at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and subcontractors across structural and finishes packages
• Plan and manage short‑term construction programs, sequencing trades to maintain momentum
• Oversee structures, basements, concrete, steel and framing works with strong technical oversight
• Manage premium finishes packages, maintaining high standards of quality and detail
• Coordinate site logistics and infrastructure (cranes, hoists, scaffolding etc)
• Maintain accurate site records using Procore and Breadcrumb
• Ensure works are delivered to design, quality and compliance requirements
• Champion OHS and promote a strong safety‑first culture on site

About You

• Cert IV in Building & Construction (minimum); Diploma preferred
• Proven experience delivering high‑end multi‑residential or commercial projects as a Site Manager
• Strong structures and basement experience is essential
• Able to interpret drawings and manage works against design, program and budget
• Collaborative leader who builds strong relationships with consultants, trades and internal teams
• Confident coaching and mentoring site teams to get the best results from them
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and construction management systems (preferably Procore and Breadcrumb)
• Reliable, trustworthy and passionate about quality construction
