MR Truck Driver - Immediate Start - Rocklea, QLD
Position: MR Truck Driver
Location: Rocklea, QLD
Pay Rate: $33.80/hr to $36.00/hr (dependent on experience)
Hours: Runs commence between 4:30am and 8:00am, with finish times dependent on daily workload
Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: Immediate Start
Duties
- Drive MR trucks to perform deliveries
- Physical and repetitive labouring tasks
- Load and unload material to/from trucks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to road safety laws and fatigue management regulations
Requirements
- A valid MR truck licence with proven experience
- Physically fit and able to safely lift over 16kg as part of daily manual handling
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working closely with an offsider and independently when requiredReliable transport (Public transport is not available)
- Prior experience with deliveries, construction sites, or removalist work (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Valid Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
