  • Review and analyse Material Usage Variances, working with operational stakeholders to understand and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile inventory sub-ledger balances to the General Ledger and investigate, resolve and clear unreconciled items.
  • Maintain and support inventory costing processes, ensuring the integrity of inventory valuation and financial reporting.
  • Enable and maintain three-way matching for inventory suppliers, reviewing and approving purchasing and inventory variances where required.
  • Assist with periodic stocktakes across manufacturing sites and support the biannual review of stock obsolescence, ensuring appropriate inventory provisions are maintained.

Finance Systems & Process Improvement

  • Act as a key finance contact for Oracle Fusion and V6 system‑related matters.
  • Liaise with Trinamix and Oracle support teams to investigate, resolve and implement finance system improvements and enhancements.
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of finance systems, reporting processes and system integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, inventory processes and operational efficiencies.

Business Support

  • Provide analytical support to the Finance Manager and broader finance team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and manufacturing operations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with finance, procurement, operations and external system support partners.

To be successful in this role you will have
