Situated in the bustling community of Auburn, NSW, Australia, we have over 4000 clients, including more than 500 business clients, for whom we provide accounting and taxation services.

We are eager to welcome a proficient Full-Time Accountant to join our team to support our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reports using financial software.
• Conducting financial investigations.
• Assisting clients in formulating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Providing tax planning and business advisory services to clients, including analysing financial and non-financial information to assist clients to monitor performance.
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, FBT, BAS/IAS for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
• Providing clients with financial advice, including investment strategies and business planning.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and seek to further enhance these relationships through quality product deliver in a timely manner.
• Communicating with ATO. ASIC and related stakeholders on behalf of clients to resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least two years of experience within business services, with strong technical and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• A solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting compliances.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• Proficiency and command over Catsoft software.
