Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing and Events Assistant to join our Marketing team. Supporting the delivery of sponsorships, webinars, client events, and marketing campaigns, this is a varied and hands-on role that offers exposure across a broad range of marketing and event activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and industry partners, you will play an important role in coordinating event logistics, supporting marketing communications, and helping ensure initiatives are delivered professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Assist with the planning and delivery of internal and external events, sponsorships, client functions and webinars
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, guest lists, name tags, run sheets, bump-in/bump-out requirements and post-event follow-up
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, venues, suppliers, and external partners to support smooth event delivery
- Help manage event timelines, checklists and administration to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with ordering and organising event materials, merchandise, signage, and promotional assets
- Attend events where required to assist with setup, coordination, guest experience, and pack-down
- Support webinar coordination, including registrations, reminders, attendee communications and post-event collateral
Marketing & Communications
- Assist with the creation and coordination of email campaigns, social media posts, website articles, and marketing communications
- Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project trackers
- Assist with updating website content, event pages, and marketing materials as required
- Support basic reporting on campaigns, events, registrations, and engagement metrics
- Assist with database and CRM-related marketing administration, including list management and event data

Ideally, you will possess some or all of the following:
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or administrative activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe creative suite
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms, such as Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, events or a related discipline is desirable – currently studying candidates will be considered
