Registered Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Brecken Health Bunbury. The position is full-time - 38 hours per week. Previous General Practice experience is essential.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Be part of an experienced team of RN's
• Ensure exceptional and efficient patient care in collaboration with GPs and the admin team
• Patient triage
• Assisting GP's with emergency/injury management
• Maintaining treatment room and managing patient presentations
• Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
• Vaccinations and iron infusions
• Stock control

Essential:

• Full AHPRA nursing registration
• The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask
• We utilise a range of clinical and scheduling software which requires strong computer skills
• We have a friendly and supportive team, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential

Highly Regarded:

• Previous experience in an accredited general practice
• Experience conducting pre-employment screening: audiometric assessments, drug and alcohol screening and spirometry assessments
• Experience using Best Practice software
• Immunisation certificate
• Experience in care planning / chronic disease management

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
