Job Description

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
• Utilise Cargowise software to track shipments and manage logistics data.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any logistics issues.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Provide support to the logistics team to meet operational targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Coordinator should have:

• Experience working within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in using CargoWise software or similar logistics tools.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What's on Offer

• Hourly rate: AUD 35.00 - AUD 40.00, plus super.
• Full time Monday to Friday, temporary role based on site offering flexibility with the working hours.
