Sales Lead

ICT Services, a growing Irish MSP, is hiring a new business hunter to build our managed services sales function from scratch. No inherited book, no warm pipeline, just a blank canvas and a full-stack MSP offering to sell.

What you'll sell:

managed IT support, cloud (M365/Azure), backup & DR, and cybersecurity (SOC, EDR, pen testing) - the full stack, not a single product line.

What we need:

• Genuine MSP sales experience - you sold as an MSP, not to one, and not in delivery or account management
• A real hunter track record - cold outbound, pipeline built from zero, net-new logos closed
• Proven quota performance on new business (MRR deals)
• Comfortable owning early account admin/billing alongside sales
• CRM/PSA fluent (ConnectWise, Autotask, HubSpot, Salesforce)

This is an individual contributor role - full autonomy, no direct reports, backed by a strong technical delivery team once you land the client.
