Stelfox is hiring a Senior PMO Analyst for one of our leading clients based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile programme supporting large-scale technology and business initiatives within a complex, global environment.

This is a 6-month rolling contract with strong long-term potential and a hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Dublin, 2 days remote).

The Role

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting programme governance, financial oversight, portfolio reporting, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement across a large-scale technology environment. This position requires a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams, locations, and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain weekly programme status reports, dashboards, and management information packs.
  • Support governance activities across programme delivery, project reporting, financial management, change control, and workforce planning.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting and presentation materials using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
  • Partner with project and delivery teams to track progress, identify risks and issues, manage dependencies, and drive follow-up actions.
  • Produce clear and tailored communications for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership, programme sponsors, and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, record minutes, manage action logs, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding actions.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, user permissions, and distribution lists while ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) supporting large-scale programmes or portfolios.
  • Strong background in programme governance, financial tracking, reporting, resource planning, and project controls.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments, ideally within banking, financial services, or other complex global organisations.
  • Previous experience supporting technology programmes, IT functions, or technology delivery portfolios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence interacting with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver against deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple competing demands.
  • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office ecosystem, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.
