Are an NMBI Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) looking for a permanent role. Enjoy working within community mental health services. Have experience supporting individuals with addiction or complex mental health needs.

What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll have: Active NMBI registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse. Experience within mental health, addiction or community services. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work within multidisciplinary and outreach environments. Excellent organisational and documentation skills. Commitment to person-centred and trauma-informed practice.

Eligibility to work in Ireland. Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance, where applicable. What You'll Do As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will: Deliver person-centred psychiatric nursing care.

Conduct comprehensive mental health and biopsychosocial assessments. Support individuals affected by homelessness and substance use. Develop and review individual care plans.

Deliver outreach, in-reach and community clinic nursing support. Provide crisis intervention and harm reduction support. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues and community partners.

Advocate for service users while supporting access to healthcare services.
