Software Engineer- CoupaÂ
We are looking for a Coupa Developer (3â5 years' experience) responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing the Coupa Spend Management platform. The role involves working on Coupa modules, workflows, integrations, and production support activities to enable efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.Â
The candidate will collaborate with functional teams, ERP teams, and integration teams to ensure smooth Coupa operations and data flow across enterprise systems.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Coupa Configuration & SupportÂ
Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as:Â
Procurement (P2P)Â
InvoicingÂ
Supplier Information Management (SIM)Â
Maintain and update:Â
Approval workflowsÂ
Business rules and validationsÂ
User roles and access controlsÂ
Support day-to-day Coupa system operations and troubleshooting.Â
IntegrationsÂ
Support and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as:Â
Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERPÂ
SAPÂ
WorkdayÂ
Work with:Â
REST APIsÂ
JSON / XML data formatsÂ
Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi â nice to have)Â
Assist in building and maintaining inbound/outbound interfaces for procurement and finance data.Â
Production SupportÂ
Handle incidents, service requests, and system issues in Coupa.Â
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.Â
Support monthly releases, patches, and system upgrades.Â
Participate in UAT and regression testing activities.Â
Business CollaborationÂ
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.Â
Gather and analyze business requirements.Â
Translate functional requirements into technical configurations.Â
Support documentation of processes and system changes.Â
Data & Reporting SupportÂ
Assist in data validation, uploads, and reconciliation activities.Â
Support basic reporting requirements and data extraction from Coupa.
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Â
3â5 years of experience in Coupa platform (development, configuration, or support).Â
Understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Â
Hands-on experience in:Â
Coupa configuration and administrationÂ
Workflow setup and approval chainsÂ
Basic Coupa integrationsÂ
Knowledge of:Â
REST APIsÂ
JSON / XMLÂ
ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Workday)Â
