🚀 We're Hiring: HR Generalist

Location: Pinheiros, São Paulo – Brazil

Work Model: Full-time | 100% On-site (Monday–Friday)

We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team in São Paulo! This role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering, supporting business growth while ensuring an excellent employee experience and compliance with Brazilian labor legislation.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring and people-related initiatives.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Manage HR operations, including contracts, payroll support, benefits, attendance, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Manage office facilities and coordinate office maintenance services.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Mandarin is a strong plus.
