Interior Designer

Role : Senior Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential interior projects from concept to execution.
• Design bespoke interiors tailored to each client's lifestyle and aspirations.
• Create concept presentations, mood boards, look books and material palettes.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and photorealistic renders.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, production drawings, modular furniture drawings and cut lists for manufacturing.
• Coordinate closely with production, factory and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.
• Meet clients, consultants and vendors across Hyderabad whenever required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest standards of design and execution.
• Establish design standards, documentation processes and quality benchmarks across projects.
• Recruit, mentor and train junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership and continuous learning.
• Work closely with the founders to build and scale Interiorkaro's luxury design practice.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing bespoke luxury residential interiors.
• Excellent technical drafting, detailing and production documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience designing bespoke furniture and modular interiors.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Layout and rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, D5 or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting and construction methodologies.
• Excellent client presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a design team is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings, site inspections and vendor coordination.
• This is a full-time, work-from-office role and requires regular on-site presence.
