  • Order Pipeline Management & Accuracy: Take ownership of the ordering motion once a customer approves a quote, managing the process seamlessly up until the provisioning aspect. This includes managing and auditing order accuracy to prevent downstream billing or provisioning discrepancies.
  • Proactive Process Optimization: Actively explore and leverage existing AI and productivity tools to streamline your day‑to‑day workflows, making daily tasks easier and driving higher team‑wide efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with Sales, Pricing, Distribution, and Manufacturing teams to ensure the customer receives the best‑fit solution in a timely manner.

Critical Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration
  • Work Experience: 2+ Years of experience in a sales or pre‑sales role.
  • Technical & Systems Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a heavy emphasis on advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with, or quick adaptability to, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and B2B ordering portals.
  • Digital Fluency: A proactive, tech‑savvy mindset with an enthusiasm for using modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and optimize your own productivity.
  • Business Acumen: A demonstrated, strong interest in B2B sales, sales operations, and pipeline management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise products, as well as different business solutions (including voice, Internet, IP, data, broadband and value‑added services) and their processes
  • Strong knowledge of the following tools: BSS, UDB, SAP, CCW, UT +, IS SALES HUB
  • Experience in coordination with suppliers and partners.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information and keep records up‑to‑date.

Additional Requirements

  • Previous experience working with vendors/distributors (Cisco, Fortinet, Avaya, Dell, HPE etc.)
