Your work profile

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Athena, S3, QuickSight)
• Data Analytics & Insights Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
• Data Governance & Validation
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, including data quality standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain data validation rules and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Work with stakeholders to drive data quality improvement initiatives.
• Technical & Programming
• Utilize Python (mandatory) and/or other programming languages (SQL, R, etc.) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Automate data pipelines, validation processes, and reporting workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across various systems
• Stakeholder Management
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate insights and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Liquidity Risk & Cash Flow Management
• Prepare periodic liquidity reports aligned with internal requirements.
• Collaborate with treasury and finance teams on cash flow forecasting and process optimization.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality controls.

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• ‘Knowledge of liquidity risk management concepts, including cash flow forecasting and regulatory metrics is add on.
