Business Analyst | Rebranding & Communications | Global Fintech | Dublin
We're hiring a Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract for a global payments and financial technology leader, to lead the design and delivery of an end-to-end rebranding and communications workstream on a major programme, currently in its discovery phase.
The role:
You'll own the rebrand communications strategy from assessment through execution:
- Impact assessment of brand experience across tooling, webpages and environments
- Definition of internal and external communications strategy β narrative, vision, audience segmentation and stakeholder mapping
- Design and delivery of internal and external comms messaging
- Coordination of rebrand collateral updates across the estate
- Custodian of the overall communications plan, including agreed success measures
Key deliverables:
agreed inventory of impacted collateral, media and communications strategy and delivery plan, rebrand success metrics, and execution of collateral updates.
Required experience:
- Industry experience within payments, fintech or banking technology β you'll have worked for, or delivered programmes into, organisations of a similar profile: global payment processors, core banking or financial technology providers
- Proven business analysis experience on large-scale change or transformation programmes
- Direct involvement in corporate rebranding, brand migration or M&A integration comms β ideally end to end, from impact assessment through delivery
- Demonstrable experience defining internal and external communications strategies, including audience segmentation and stakeholder management at senior level
- Track record of coordinating delivery across multiple teams and third parties β collateral, digital assets, environments
- Experience defining and tracking success measures for comms or brand initiatives
- Comfortable operating in a discovery-phase environment with evolving scope
