Senior D365 CRM Developer

UpperGround by Hudson is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer to join a large Queensland Government technology team supporting a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

Working within an established Applications team, you'll play a key role in delivering ongoing development, enhancements, integrations and platform support across an enterprise Dynamics 365 ecosystem while contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that underpin critical business operations. Working alongside technical specialists and business stakeholders, you'll deliver scalable, sustainable solutions across a mature enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, plug-ins and business process automation.
• Customise and enhance Dynamics 365 Portals.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Develop and support Resco mobility solutions.
• Produce technical and operational support documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions within enterprise environments.

You’ll bring experience across:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM development.
• C#, ASP.NET and the Microsoft .NET framework.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Dynamics 365 custom workflows and plug‑in development.
• Dynamics 365 Portal customisation.
• System integration using Microsoft technologies.
• Resco mobility solutions.
• Relational databases and data migration.
• Visual Studio.
• Agile software delivery methodologies.

You’ll also possess:

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The confidence to challenge requirements and recommend better technical solutions where appropriate.
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge across the team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes.

Casual Loading
