SharePoint & Power Platform developer

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Logic Apps, with the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly business applications that improve collaboration, productivity, and business processes.

Key Responsibiliti

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop highly customized Canvas Apps with intuitive user interfaces and responsive layouts.
• Create and maintain business workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business productivity.
• Configure and administer SharePoint Online, including Hub Sites, site collections, permissions, templates, and user profile services.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and recommend best-fit Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Conduct performance assessments and ensure adequate test coverage for developed solutions.
• Prepare project effort estimations, including resource planning, software costs, project timelines, phase-wise implementation plans, and assumptions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test cases, and deployment guides.
• Develop new features and enhancements while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
