About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Business Performance Analyst to join the Keeta Brazil User Growth team in São Paulo. You will support business target tracking and performance monitoring, diagnose key metric anomalies, conduct deep-dive analyses on growth-related topics, and build reusable analytical assets to drive efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
1. Support business target tracking and performance monitoring; regularly deliver business review reports to management
2. Identify and diagnose anomalies in key business metrics, conduct root-cause analysis from multiple perspectives, and provide actionable optimization recommendations
3. Participate in or lead deep-dive analytical projects on critical business topics, including user growth, subsidy efficiency, and campaign effectiveness
4. Build and maintain reusable analytical assets — for high-frequency, mission-critical analysis workflows, develop standardized tools, templates, and automated solutions
Requirements
1. Proficient in SQL (Hive/Spark SQL preferred), able to independently write complex queries for large-scale data extraction and analysis
2. Working proficiency in English
3. Strong analytical thinking: ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify patterns, and translate data into business insights
4. Excellent communication skills — able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
5. Open mindset for working in a cross-cultural team
6. Sharp and fast learner — able to quickly ramp up on new business domains and analytical frameworks
Nice-to-Have
• Experience in data analysis at internet/e-commerce/on-demand delivery platforms (food delivery, ride-hailing, marketplace, etc.), or consulting industry experience
• Experience in business performance monitoring or operational analytics
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methodologies
• Familiarity with user segmentation, lifecycle analysis, or subsidy/promotion analysis
• Experience working in cross-cultural, globally distributed teams
