Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in the analysis phase and serves as a reference for the business analysis practice across the organization. This individual is responsible for framing initiatives, defining analysis directions, ensuring the consistency of business solutions, and supporting analysts in carrying out detailed work. They maintain an overarching view of initiatives under analysis and contribute to the evolution of practices, methods, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and scope new initiatives and determine the analysis work required.
- Structure and document Epics aligned with business objectives.
- Identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies related to proposed solutions.
- Define analysis strategies and ensure the overall consistency of solutions.
- Coach and support business analysts in the execution of their mandates.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain an integrated view of initiatives currently under analysis and promote alignment across projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to the continuous evolution of the business analysis practice.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
- Have more than 10 years of experience in business analysis within complex transformation environments, including at least 3 years in an analysis or architecture leadership role.
- Be recognized for strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Stand out through an excellent understanding of business processes and organizational challenges.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to support teams and exercise influential leadership.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and guiding the work of multiple stakeholders.
- Possess a broad strategic perspective while ensuring the quality and rigor of detailed deliverables.
- Have advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
