SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of GEO & SEO specialists, ensuring the implementation of best practices and continuous professional growth.
• Lead team operations, resource allocation, and project planning.
• Drive process excellence and AI‑powered automation adoption.
• Ensure service quality through SLA management and operational governance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate changing priorities effectively.
• Support team development through structured feedback.
• Lead proposal development and client‑facing strategic presentations.
• Oversee project sizing, profitability, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach.
• Stay up to date with the latest GEO & SEO trends, algorithm updates, industry best practices, and AI challenges.
• Communicate complex GEO & SEO concepts in an accessible way to non‑SEO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring, performance‑management, and career development.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strategic business mindset, able to align GEO & SEO initiatives with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong client‑facing skills, including presenting strategies, reporting results, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, combined with a hands‑on approach to execution.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, prioritize effectively, and perform in fast‑paced environments.
