Sales Team Lead

As the store manager of this e-bike shop in the heart of Amsterdam, you are the driving force of the location and the face of the business. You open the store independently, prepare the e-bikes for sales and rentals, and welcome tourists and locals with a hospitable attitude. During the day, you advise customers, supervise a colleague on Saturdays, and ensure the shop looks representative. You close the day with accurate administration and align ongoing matters directly with the owner and her right hand. Running the e-bike shop in Amsterdam, working independently 60% of the time and collaborating with a colleague 40% of the time. Managing daily store sales and the new rental concept for both tourists and locals.

Advising customers and sharing your enthusiasm directly on the shop floor. Ensuring a representative appearance of the store and monitoring the store inventory. Handling daily administration and store reporting.

Proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills. Fluent in English, and Dutch is a plus. A direct contract with the employer.
