If you enjoy accounting but don't want to be stuck doing the same thing every day, this could be a great fit. Reporting to the Controller and working as part of a close-knit finance team of six, you'll own the project accounting function while partnering with project managers and the business development team to keep projects running smoothly from a financial perspective. You'll also get exposure to full-cycle accounting, month-end reporting, and a variety of interesting They're looking for a CPA student who's eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and likes working with people across the business—not just within finance.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally from engineering, construction or consulting industry. Experience in a project-based environment or with project accounting is an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or a similar ERP system is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous process improvement. Collaborative team player with a strong internal customer-service mindset.
