Test Engineer

Contributes to the overall success of the QA - COAT Delivery Center - Agility & Assurance team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliant with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

• Excellent technical skills in IVR (3-5+ years of hands-on work experience).
• 4-5+ years of proven work experience as a QA Test Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans\strategies and test cases.
• Experience with writing simple or complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience using Confluence\JIRA\XRAY
• Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)

• A degree in computer science, IT Business/Management or engineering related discipline is desirable,
• 3-5+ years of demonstrable, practical hands-on experience as a QA Test Analyst
