Role Overview 

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new 

business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate 

should have strong communication skills, a passion for gaming, and experience in sales or client 

acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like , email 

outreach, and networking 

● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients 

● Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable 

solutions 

● Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitch decks 

● Negotiate contracts and close deals 

● Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools 

● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming industry 

● Collaborate with marketing and production teams for better client acquisition strategies 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 

● 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in 

gaming/IT services) 

● Strong communication and negotiation skills 

● Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus 

● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques 

● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset 

Preferred Qualifications 

● Experience in the gaming, mobile app, or software development industry 

● Understanding of game development pipelines and services 

● Existing network of clients or leads in relevant industries
