Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

This full-service firm has an excellent reputation and are frequently sought after for their expertise. The firm is growing and recently celebrated their 30th anniversary. They’re now looking for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them in the next phase of their growth.

You will therefore work with clients from across multiple different sectors. Often on cases with an international element.

One day you’ll be working with multinational energy companies, the next, it’ll be HNWIs on everything from High Court litigation through to international arbitration and ADR.

You'll get genuine responsibility, direct partner supervision and have a varied caseload.

This will include breach of contract, shareholder disputes, property litigation, insolvency, financial disputes and professional negligence.

You can expect lots of variety and will have supervision from the lead Partners. You will be part of a close-knit team of 7 and have the support from other departments when needed.

You will have plenty of opportunity to progress and can get involved in business development.

You’ll be encouraged to grow your own referral network - an all-important skill, and a key component as you look ahead to Partnership.

Unlike many of its peers, this firm has built a practice where excellent work and a real work/life balance go hand in hand.

This firm has a hybrid working policy, though generally you can expect to be in the office 3 days a week.

What you’ll need

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience gained in private practice.
• Strong academics.
