Company: Supple Pack (India) Private Limited
Location: Bangalore
Industry: Manufacturing – Plastic Moulding
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
About us
Supple Pack (India) Private Limited is a premier manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions.
Founded in 1991, we operate manufacturing units in Bangalore and Alwar. We are currently on an aggressive growth trajectory with significant capacity expansions and operational modernization underway.
We are proud partners to India’s leading FMCG, Pharma, and industrial conglomerates, including Hindustan Unilever, Dabur, UltraTech, Himalaya, Reliance, Adani Wilmar, Cargill, etc.
As we scale, we are building a customer-focused organisation where operational excellence, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships are at the centre of how we work.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Executive who will be responsible for strengthening and managing relationships with our key customers.
You will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams — ensuring smooth order execution, proactive communication, timely deliveries, quick resolution of issues, and a consistently excellent customer experience.
This role requires high ownership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across customers, sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance teams.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, playing an important role in building scalable customer processes as Supple Pack grows.
What You’ll Own
• Order-to-Delivery Synchronisation: Act as the bridge between corporate customers and plant operations to manage production schedules, track order statuses, and ensure on-time dispatches.
• Commercial Documentation: Manage the end-to-end processing of updated cost sheets, price revisions, official quotations, and formal order confirmations.
• Receivables & Ageing Management: Proactively track customer payment cycles, coordinate collections, reconcile accounts with the finance team, and flag potential credit risks.
• Issue Resolution & Quality Liaison: Log and systematically track customer complaints or quality deviations, working closely with the plant QA teams to ensure swift resolution and closure.
• Data & System Integrity: Maintain flawless customer account records, order histories, and communication logs. Play an active role in maintaining data accuracy as we transition and implement our corporate ERP system.
• Leadership Reporting: Integrate daily operational updates into clear, actionable weekly account reports for the Head of Sales and CEO.
What we are looking for
· 3–6 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination, preferably in B2B manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, chemicals, or industrial sales
· Strong written and spoken English. You must possess the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity to senior procurement managers at large corporates
· Excellent Excel skills; comfort with ERP systems (we will be implementing one)
· Excellent follow through and ownership mindset
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
· Calm, solution-oriented approach while handling customer escalations
· Graduate degree; commerce, business, or engineering background preferred
What we offer
• Professional Growth: A front-row seat to a growing manufacturing company
• High Visibility: Direct exposure to senior leadership and India’s largest FMCG buyers
• Real ownership: The autonomy to run your accounts like your own business unit, with the backing of an established yet rapidly growing manufacturing setup.
