Position Overview
The Sales Manager, Corporate Gifting EMEA is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the Corporate Gifting channel throughout the EMEA region. This role will develop the longâterm strategy for the Corporate Gifting channel in EMEA, manage a portfolio of selected distributor partners, and support their development to ensure strong alignment with Stanley 1913's commercial and brand strategy.
In this capacity the Sales Manager owns the development and execution of strategic sales plans, manages key corporate accounts and selected distributor partnerships, identifies new business opportunities, builds strong relationships across the region, and works crossâfunctionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver against revenue targets and support the continued growth of the Stanley 1913 brand.
This role reports to the Sr. Sales Director, Distributor Channel EMEA.
What Youâll Do
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy for the Corporate Gifting channel across EMEA.
- Identify, acquire and develop new corporate customers and strategic partners across priority markets.
- Work crossâfunctionally with the distributor network to streamline efficiencies in the Corporate Gifting channelâB2B.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, partnerships and industry events.
- Develop relationships with procurement teams, HR departments, marketing teams, event agencies and corporate buyers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and largeâscale gifting programs to deliver sustainable growth.
Strategic Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts and strategic partners, building longâterm relationships and ensuring a bestâinâclass customer experience.
- Lead joint business planning and regular business reviews to identify opportunities and close performance gaps.
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer objectives and Stanley 1913's brand strategy.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability, using data and insights to drive decisions and maximize growth.
Corporate Gifting Solutions & Channel Development
- Partner with Commercial, Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop gifting solutions tailored to business customers.
- Drive adoption of branded, personalized and bulkâorder programs, leveraging Stanley 1913's customization capabilities.
- Develop seasonal programs around employee recognition, customer appreciation, events and key gifting occasions.
- Create compelling value propositions that address the needs of corporate buyers and strengthen the Stanley 1913 brand.
Sales Planning & Operational Excellence
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning in line with budget targets.
- Work closely with Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
- Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide regular business updates.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent execution and service levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
Distributor Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of selected distributors across EMEA, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Lead joint business planning and regular business reviews to drive sustainable growth and strengthen partner relationships.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pricing and seasonal sellâin plans by market and partner.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to activate key launches and campaigns and ensure consistent brand execution.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Identify new market and channel opportunities aligned with Stanley 1913's commercial and segmentation strategy.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure excellent execution and service levels.
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within corporate gifting, consumer goods, distributorâled business models, or a related industry.
- Experience managing key accounts, distributor partnerships and driving new business growth.
- Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region, as required.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is an advantage.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, distributor partnerships and new business development.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience building and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and a dataâdriven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, handsâon approach.
