Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Management Trainees will rotate through key business functions, including sales, marketing, customer service, and basic program management, to gain a broad understanding of operations. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers face-to-face, supporting brand promotion activities, assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics under the guidance of senior team members.

Trainees will participate in classroom and on-the-job training, shadow experienced leaders, contribute to team projects, and prepare reports that support decision-making and process improvement. The role is designed to build future supervisors and managers who can lead teams, drive results, and uphold the company’s performance and service standards.
