We are looking to fill a permanent full‑time Marketing Agent position at our Ville St‑Laurent offices.
The Marketing Agent reports to the Product Manager and supports the overall management of the product categories (management of the existing product range as well as the development of new products).
Main Responsibilities
Communicate with external suppliers and maintain relationships to gather product information (specifications, photos, instructions, technical documents)
Document internal databases for product creation and maintenance
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of information received according to company standards
Document products published on our website, including creating new product pages and updating existing ones
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of published information
Obtain and edit (when needed) technical drawings and instructions according to company requirements
Maintain the website by ensuring that products intended for each market are properly published
Respond to questions from internal customers (sales, customer service)
Communicate with external suppliers to provide technical support and product knowledge to internal teams
Prepare and coordinate the shipment of sample orders or replacement parts
Coordinate and track the creation of product launch materials (sales sheets, web banners)
Coordinate and track the creation of marketing materials (catalogs, email marketing campaigns, trade show materials) according to established timelines
As the role evolves, additional responsibilities may include:
Assisting the Product Manager in creating sales and training tools
Participating in cross‑departmental projects aimed at improving product category performance (operations, logistics, purchasing, compliance, customer service, etc.)
Assisting the Product Manager in inventory management, including end‑of‑life products and new product introductions
Contributing to sales development strategies for the North American market
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Marketing or Administration (relevant work experience in a similar role may be considered)
Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Image editing software
