Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator with strong Databuild knowledge looking to join a successful and growing residential construction business?

Our client is a well established Gold Coast home builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality volume homes across South East Queensland. With a collaborative team, modern systems, and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a motivated Accounts Administrator to support their finance and operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where you'll play an integral role in keeping projects running smoothly while working from their modern Main Beach office.

About the Role

Reporting and liaising with the director and accountant, you'll be responsible for the day-to‑day administration of project accounts and supplier transactions.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Uploading and scanning invoices into the system
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receivables
• Managing progress claims and payment processing
• Account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the wider administration and finance team as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Administration position within residential construction
• Essential experience using Databuild
• Experience with Xero
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• A team first mindset with a willingness to support wherever needed
