Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Melbourne team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Greville engineer, you'll have the security of permanent employment while working across short- and medium-term assignments on major infrastructure projects. This unique model provides exposure to different contractors, teams, scopes and project environments throughout your career, giving you exposure that's difficult to gain in a traditional project-based role.
We're looking for more than technical capability.
The SPEs who succeed at Greville build trusted relationships, establish strong reputations with our clients and lead by example wherever they're placed. They're proactive, adaptable and take ownership from day one.
You’ll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 6+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor
- The ability to build trusted relationships and establish credibility with clients, site teams and subcontractors
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the confidence to take ownership and integrate quickly into new project teams
