Arabic Speaking Consultant Psychiatrist – Relocate to Dubai

HealthOPM is recruiting a Psychiatrist for a senior clinical leadership role at a growing addiction, detoxification, and rehabilitation treatment center in the UAE. You'll lead clinical governance, oversee complex detox and dual-diagnosis case management, and guide workforce development for the new service — working closely with executive leadership to build safe, evidence-based treatment pathways aligned with international best practice.

What you'll need

• Fluent Arabic speaker (required)

• Medical degree (MD/DO) + board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

• Experience in healthcare service development, team leadership, and regulated environments

• Eligible for professional licensure/registration in your current country of practice

• Start-up, greenfield, or service transformation experience an asset

• Comfortable relocating internationally
