Position: Lead Architect

Experience: 8+ years

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and development of architectural design and construction drawings.

• Analyze project requirements and participate in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Review architectural and engineering alternatives, drawings, reports, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company graphical standards.

• Prepare complete architectural construction documentation and specifications.

• Coordinate façade design, building systems, accessibility, and fire & life safety requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring technical excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong architectural and technical design awareness.

• Knowledge of international building codes, fire & life safety, accessibility, acoustics, façade systems, and material specifications.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent command of English language.

• Ability to work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment.

Software Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Additional knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navisworks will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

• B.Arch. and/or M.Arch. from a reputed institution.

• 8–25 years of relevant professional experience with strong technical competency.
