You will be applying for the role of Insurance Operations Assistant (Auxiliar Operativo en Seguros).

Your daily responsibilities are:

• Reviewing, processing, and issuing renters insurance policies and applications.
• Verifying customer documentation, such as lease agreements and property details.
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records within our digital platforms.
• Providing back‑office operational support to the customer service and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth experience for our renters.

Conditions & Benefits:

• The salary for this role is COP $2.200.000.
• Schedule: U.S. holidays observed + additional paid days when Colombia has extra holidays.
• This position requires you to come to the office close to “Parque de la 93” in Bogota 3 times a week, with 2 days of work from home.
