Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer required to join our technology team and play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while contributing to the evolution of a business-critical Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers and Batch/Queueable Apex.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using APIs and established integration patterns.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and release activities across the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimise system performance and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing platform development and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform functionality, automation and user experience.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within a commercial or enterprise environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers and Batch/Queueable Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is essential.
• Exposure to Agentforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and modern integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, security model and deployment processes.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is essential; additional Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach with a passion for delivering high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
