I'm currently working with one of the UK's Top 11 accountancy and advisory firms as they continue to invest in and grow their highly regarded Restructuring & Recovery team. Due to continued success and an increasing pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced LPA
Receiver / Insolvency Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insolvency professional who enjoys managing complex cases, building strong client relationships, and working within a collaborative environment that genuinely supports career progression.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of LPA Receivership appointments, managing cases from appointment through to closure while working closely with secured lenders, legal advisers, borrowers, property professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Alongside receivership work, you'll also have exposure to a range of formal insolvency appointments, making this an ideal role for someone looking for a broad and technically challenging position within a leading national practice.

Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of LPA Receivership appointments from appointment through to completion.
- Overseeing property realisations, asset management strategies, and disposals to maximise recoveries for secured lenders.
- Managing a range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments where required.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, borrowers, agents, valuers, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
- Preparing statutory reports, case reviews, correspondence, and financial updates.
- Ensuring all cases are administered in line with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring case progression, budgets, and recoveries to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional introducers.
- Assisting Partners and Directors with business development opportunities where appropriate.
What I'm Looking For
I'm keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A strong background within corporate insolvency and restructuring.
- A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and receivership processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of technical accuracy.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous.
