London – hybrid working (3 days in the office). Salary: £85,000 to £90,000. No sponsorship available.

Role Overview: This is a senior analytics MMM Manager position within a high‑performing marketing science team. The role is strategic and client‑facing, reporting to the Head of Marketing Science. The Business Director will lead advanced analytical projects end to end, manage client relationships, mentor a small team and contribute to commercial growth and product development.

• Lead complex media measurement and analytics projects, turning client challenges into clear analytical solutions.
• Manage client relationships and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise a small team of analysts.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, planning and investment teams to deliver commercially relevant insights.
• Contribute to product development and commercial growth initiatives.

Responsibilities: Lead advanced analytical projects end to end, manage client relationships, mentor a couple of team members and contribute to commercial growth and product development.

• Strong experience in media measurement and analytics, ideally from a media agency environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex analytics projects.
• Ability to present data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Background in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and related modeling.

Hybrid working model with 3 days in the London office and flexible working available.
