COLLECTIONS AGENT – BILINGUAL (C1 / C2)
Immediate Hiring
Required Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early-stage collections
- Advanced English proficiency C1 / C2 (mandatory)
- Confident and effective when making cold calls
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage workload independently
- Professional handling of difficult conversations and negotiations
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients/customers
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Experience using CRM or case management tools
Working Conditions

- On-site position – El Poblado, Medellín
- This is a 100% on-site operation
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Colombia local time: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with one-hour lunch break
- The schedule is aligned with CST (Central Standard Time).
- For Colombia, this schedule adjusts in March and changes again in November to remain aligned with U.S. time.
- Includes work on Colombian holidays, with legally mandated holiday pay.
