We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist/Admin to join our team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude to become the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy dealership.

The Role

As a Receptionist/Admin, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all customers, handling incoming calls and enquiries, and supporting the sales and aftersales teams with a range of administrative duties. You will ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from the moment they contact or visit the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and email enquiries efficiently
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and service departments
  • Assist with customer enquiries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member
  • Complete general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
  • Process incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Support the wider dealership team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is handled confidentially
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional manner

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Confident telephone manner and professional appearance
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive approach to work
