The Role

We are seeking a Sales & Contracts Administrator with a strong understanding of residential property sales, construction contracts and land sale contracts. You'll play a pivotal role in administering contracts from enquiry through to settlement, working closely with buyers, builders, solicitors and internal project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales administration process from enquiry through to settlement and handover
  • Prepare, issue and track contracts in collaboration with solicitors and internal teams
  • Liaise with buyers, solicitors, sales consultants and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage progress payment invoices and receipts
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and project management systems
  • Provide regular construction and project updates to purchasers
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows
  • Support the wider sales and development team with day-to-day administration

About You

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration or Contracts Administration within residential property development, home building or real estate
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, building contracts and land sale contracts
  • Understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from contract preparation through to settlement and handover
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and confident taking initiative
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure
  • Eager to learn, develop and grow within a successful property development business
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, DocuSign and CRM/project management systems (Monday.com experience is advantageous)
